Register

Before you can post listings in the SpokaneAds.net FREE Classifieds, you will first have to register with us and set up your own account. Here's how:

• Start by going here to set up your FREE account: http://www.SpokaneAds.net/ClassRegistration.aspx

• Put in your email address, which will also be your username on the site.

• Review the Terms of Service. If you agree to our terms, check the "I Agree" checkbox. If you do not agree to our terms, you will not be allowed to create an account.

• Enter the numbers shown in the box (for security purposes) and then click the "Create Account" button.

You will then be sent an email that contains a link to our Login page and a Temporary Password. Open the email from us and click on the link to go to our Login page. Enter the Temporary Password provided in the email and press the "Login" button.

You will now be logged into your account, and you will need to change your password to something easier for you to remember. Enter your temporary password in the "Old Password" box, then enter your new password, and then re-enter your new password before clicking on the "Change" button.

Post Your Listing

Now that you are registered and have your own account set up, you may submit listings for publication on SpokaneAds.net. Find and click the "Post A Listing" link on page to get started. You must then select a sub-category under which your listing will be published.

Next, you will need to fill out the appropriate information for your listing in the Post A Listing form.

• Enter a title in the "Listing Title" field. This is what people will click on to see the details of your listing description.

• Enter your email address in the "Reply Email" field. Your email address will not be displayed within your listing, but responses to your listing will be forwarded to this email address.

• (optional) Enter the city where you live in the "Specific Location (City)" field.

• (optional) Enter the price of the item you are selling in the "Price $" field.

• Enter all the details and information you want people to see in the "Description" box.

• Include A Picture: You may upload a maximum of two (2) pictures to be displayed in your listing. Pictures must be in jpg, jpeg, or gif format and must be 300KB or less in size. Also, file names cannot include spaces.

To add images to your listing, click the "Browse" button and locate the image file on your computer. Double click on the image file name and it will be uploaded to our form. If the image has uploaded properly, a green checkmark () and the name of your image file will appear to the right of the "Browse" button. Repeat the steps to upload a second image.

Once you have completed the form, click "Continue" at the bottom page.

Review And Submit Your Listing

You will now see what your listing will look like once it's published on SpokaneAds.net. Please review your listing carefully; and if you need to make changes, click the "Edit" button.

When everything looks the way you want it, enter the numbers shown in the box at the bottom of the page (for security purposes) and click "Submit." Your listing will immediately be published for all to see.

Before you can edit or delete a listing you have posted, you must first login, using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you will see a "My Account" link in the navigation bar on the SpokaneAds.net home page. You can edit or delete your listing(s) from your "My Account" page. Simply click on the link of the listing you want to edit or delete, and you will be directed to the form page.

To edit the listing, make your changes within the form. When you are finished editing, be sure to click the UPDATE button before exiting the page. The changes will take effect immediately. You may need to refresh/reload your browser to see the changes on the site.

To delete the listing, simply click the "Delete" button. This will remove your listing from SpokaneAds.net immediately.
